Heilongjiang Haoyun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 (originally known as Heilongjiang Haoyun Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd.). With a registered capital of 26 million yuan and a factory site covering 138,000 square meters, the company is a comprehensive joint-stock enterprise integrating manufacturing, R&D, and import-export trade.
The company’s production base is located in the Anda Petrochemical Industrial Zone, along the Hada-Qiqihar Industrial Corridor in Anda City, Heilongjiang Province. It currently employs over 300 people, including more than 30 research and development professionals. Among the workforce, over 50 individuals hold specialized diplomas, bachelor’s degrees, or postgraduate qualifications, and have earned mid- to senior-level professional technical titles—accounting for more than 15% of the total staff. The company primarily focuses on the production of pharmaceutical intermediates, as well as the research, development, and manufacturing of fine chemical products and auxiliary materials, such as chemical intermediates, cosmetic intermediates, and pesticide additives. Moreover, the company has successfully achieved certifications including IS09001:2015 for its quality management system, IS014001:2015 for its environmental management system, and IS045001:2018 for its occupational health and safety management system. It is also recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise.
The company is a leading domestic production base for a comprehensive range of boron trifluoride系列产品 and plays a key role in the circular economy by recovering and reusing solvents. Currently, it offers products such as solid boron trifluoride-acetonitrile complexes and boron trifluoride-dimethyl carbonate complexes. With an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of boron trifluoride-based products, the company holds national patents for its proprietary intellectual property rights related to boron trifluoride complexes and is also recognized as part of the National Torch Program project.
Currently, the company produces a range of pharmaceutical intermediates, including: TDA (intermediates for cefazolin and cefixime), 7-MAC (cephamycin methoxy intermediate), 7-TMCA (cefepime intermediate), 7-APCA (ceftazidime intermediate), ATAA hydrochloride (cephotiam side chain), TZT (cefotetan intermediate), DCPA (cefixime side chain), K-CMA (cefmetazole side chain), 7-ACQ (cefoquinom intermediate), cefazolin acid, amoxicillin thioacetic acid, methylaminotriazole, 1-phenyl-5-mercapto-tetrazole, phenylacetonitrile, sodium phenylacetate, and more. These products are widely used in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical APIs. Additionally, the company offers other products such as purified boron trioxide, cosmetic intermediates (DP0), pesticide additives (HFC), and recycled waste solvents. Notably, exports of pharmaceutical and cosmetic intermediates have been steadily increasing year after year, making the company a standout export-oriented enterprise in the Suihua region.
